Quinnto the Proclaimer guide: skills, build and team roles
Overview
Quinnto the Proclaimer is a Legendary Earth Support from the Lightseekers Faction in Invokers: Titan Legacy. He keeps a team's offensive buffs running while removing or shortening harmful effects. He fits best beside attackers who use ATK and Combo Attacks, with another ally covering healing or shielding.
Fully Awakened and before Gear, Quinnto has 829 ATK, 862 DEF and 11,279 HP. His ATK is about average for a Support, and his HP is high.
Skills To Prioritize
Mightier Than The Sword gives nearby allies ATK Up and Combo SPD Up. At Level 10 the values are 45% and 20%, both lasting fifteen seconds. Max Level raises ATK Up to 50% and lowers the base cooldown from 24 to 23 seconds.
A 50% ATK Up is a big help for ATK-based damage, but it doesn't raise DEF-based damage by the same amount. Combo SPD Up speeds up normal attack chains, so it isn't a general Skill cooldown reduction. Buffs of the same kind don't add together either, so a second ATK Up won't stack on top of this one.
Word of Power extends random buffs on random allies. Level 8 raises the number of effects from two to three. Level 10 extends them by 3.8 seconds on two allies, and Max Level reaches three allies and four seconds. That can keep your buffs running longer, but because the choice is random, you can't count on permanent uptime for one chosen buff. Effects that can't be extended are exceptions.
Censure Weakness removes two random debuffs from nearby allies from Level 1. Its base cooldown improves from thirty seconds to 21 seconds at Level 10, and Max Level removes three debuffs with no further cooldown reduction. That makes the cooldown worth investing in before the extra removal arrives. You can't choose which two effects go, and protected effects aren't removable just because he has a cleanse.
His fifth Combo Attack shortens one random debuff on affected allies, based on the number of buffs on Quinnto. Level 6 lowers the number of buffs needed from five to four. Max Level lowers it to three and shortens the selected debuff by two seconds per buff on him. That's a conditional shortening, not a full cleanse, so keep Quinnto buffed and let him finish the Combo chain.
Sainted Tract deals focused damage, with a bonus based on Quinnto's own buffs. It also grants Ultimate Mana to allies, but treat that as a bonus rather than a set refund, and don't plan your Ultimate cycle around it.
If you want Quinnto to keep your team free of debuffs, prioritize Censure Weakness first, as it improves from a thirty-second to a 21-second cooldown at Level 10 and removes three debuffs at Max Level. If you want him to keep your offensive buffs going, consider upgrading Mightier Than The Sword first, as Max Level raises ATK Up to 50%, or Word of Power, as Level 8 raises the number of extended effects from two to three.
Build And Team Support
Quinnto places no hostile debuffs, so invest in HP first, then RES, up to about 300 for Bosses and more for Arena. Accuracy isn't a priority. Skill RECOV brings back Mightier Than The Sword and Censure Weakness sooner. Some ATK adds to his own damage, but spending everything on it leaves his support job exposed.
For Relic Sets, Health Relics help him survive long enough to cleanse and rebuff, Resistance Relics add the RES he needs, and Fury Relics raise Skill RECOV for his cooldown-driven Skills.
He has no heal, Shield or revive, so bring another Invoker who covers those. He works best beside attackers who use ATK and Combo Attacks.
Arena, Bosses And Spires
In Arena, Quinnto cleanses removable disruption while supporting Combo Attack damage dealers. He can't heal, Shield or revive, so you still need another answer for surviving the enemy opening.
Against Pentiax, Censure Weakness can remove his removable debuffs, but Quinnto has no Tolerance to Pentiax's Mindfog and Nightmare Corruptions and no Skill that generates Titan Mana, so bring another Invoker who does. Be wary of Astral Omnissi, who steals buffs, as ordinary buffs like Mightier Than The Sword's ATK Up and Combo SPD Up can become a liability.
In the Earth Spire, repeated buffing and cleansing help a sustained team, although he adds little direct area damage. Invest in him when those jobs improve your roster, rather than just because he's Legendary.
Awaken
Awakening boosts an Invoker's stats significantly. Bonuses from Relics, Accessories, the Trophy Room, Tactics and Titan leader bonuses apply to base stats and Awakening stats alike, so unlocking the Awakening nodes is critical to maximise Quinnto's potential.
Unlocking each Titan node at Star 2, 4 and 6 adds a second to Titan Invokation, taking the total from 12 seconds to 15.
