Introduction
HitZone Games Ltd. (“HitZone Games Ltd.”, "Company" “we”, “our” or “us”) develops and operates mobile-based games ("Apps", “Games”) available at: https://invokers.com/ , https://hit.zone/ , its subdomains and its related features (“Website”), including mobile applications (“App”) (collectively “Services”).
Company is dedicated to protecting your privacy rights and making our practices regarding your personal data more transparent and fair. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) was designed to help you understand the information we collect, store, use and share, and it applies whenever you visit our Website or otherwise access or use any of our Services.

You are not legally required to provide us with any Personal Data, but without it we will not be able to provide you with the full range or with the best experience of using our Services.
This Policy is integrated into and forms part of the Company Terms of Use, and is incorporated therewith by reference.
By using the Services, including our Apps, you signify your acceptance of this Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Policy, please do not use our Services. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes to this Policy will mean that you accept those changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, when you download, access and/or play our Services you acknowledge the collection and use of your Personal Data in accordance with this Policy, including the Company and our advertising partners’ use of your data for targeted advertising purposes as described in this Policy.
Important note: Nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to limit in any way your statutory rights, including your rights to a remedy or other means of enforcement.

What types of data do we collect?
We collect two types of data from you: Personal Data and non-Personal Data. “Personal Data” means any information which may potentially allow your identification with reasonable means (for example, email address or name). Non-Personal Data, by contrast, can be defined as any information that does not relate to an identified or identifiable natural person. This includes, for example, your aggregated usage information and technical information transmitted by your device (e.g. the device you use, the type of browser and operating system your device uses, language preference, access time, etc.). This section sets out how and when we collect those types of data from you.

Account Information. If you choose to download our App we will use your advertising ID and player ID, which will be created automatically by our Services.
If you choose to log in, access or otherwise connect to the Services through a social networking service or a single sign on service (such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, Apple etc.), we collect and record your profile information which includes user ID and/or username associated with that service, as well as information about your name, email and any other information you make public using that service or that the service allows us to access. If you log in through Facebook or Google, this may also include certain profile information associated with your account with the relevant provider.
If you choose to access or otherwise connect to the App or Services using the ‘Guest’ option, we will only collect and store your usage, technical and location information, as described in sections 1.3-1.5 below. We will generate a random internal user/account ID or use your Android_ID for the guest accounts.
In certain jurisdictions, we collect your date of birth and/or your age to comply with applicable local regulations.
We encourage you to read the privacy policies of third-party platforms that you use to log into your gaming accounts to understand how those third parties use and disclose your information. We have no control over how any third-party site uses or disclose your personal information it collects about you.
Certain information associated with your account and activity in the Services may be visible to other users of the Services, such as your username, profile picture, the games you play, your friends or connections within the Services (where applicable), the date on which your account was created or registered, and any information, content or communications you choose to upload, submit, post, transmit or otherwise share through in-game chat or other interactive features of the Services. The visibility of such information will depend on the features of the relevant Service and your account settings. Where available, you may manage the visibility of certain profile information through your account or privacy settings.

Payment Information. Payment (e.g., in-app purchases) are performed through third-party payment service providers. We don’t directly collect, store or use your financial data (e.g., payment or billing information, credit card numbers or bank account). We still however receive or collect Personal Information related to the transaction, (such as your name, billing address, e-mail address, four last digits of a credit card, transaction date, time and amount and transaction I.D.) in order to fulfil your purchase and for purposes as described in this Privacy Policy. We retain certain purchase-related information to facilitate future purchases through the Service without requiring you to re-enter such information each time. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any payment service provider, and you should review the applicable payment service provider’s privacy policy to understand how your data is collected, used and otherwise processed.

Usage Information. When you use our Services, we collect certain usage and gameplay data about your interaction with our Services. Such information includes clicks, pages viewed, session data, information regarding your scoring, progress, win/loss rates and other gameplay data, which relates to your activity in the Services. The usage information is generally collected via Tracking Technologies (as defined below).

Technical Information. When you use our Services, we collect technical information about your device. Such information includes geolocation data, IP address, unique identifiers (e.g. advertising ID, player ID, MAC address and UUID), device model, operating system and OS version, browser type, language, mobile carrier, device information and information collected through Tracking Technologies (as defined below).

Location information. When you use our Services, we collect location information (State or country level) of your device.

Communication Information. When you send us an email or contact us via the support in our Services, complete any forms or surveys, interact with us in our social media channels, attend a webinar or event, visit one of our exhibition booths, or otherwise interact with us online or in person, we collect the Personal Data you provide us. This includes your name, email address, your comment/message and any other information you choose to provide.

Tracking Technologies.
When you visit or access our Services, we use specialized libraries and cookies (small data files placed on your device), for example Sentry, Firebase, Singular and other technologies (“Tracking Technologies”), which allow us to automatically collect and record information about your device whenever you visit or interact with our Services, in order to improve our Services’ performance, perform analytics, customize your experience and offer you relevant content and advertising.
We use non-Personal Data (including, anonymized, aggregates, statistical and de-identified data) for commercial, marketing, and/or business purposes, such as reporting and conducting research and development in order to enhance our existing Services and/or develop new products and services. We share this information internally and/or with third parties for our or their purposes in an anonymous or aggregated form that is designed to prevent anyone from identifying you.

What types of Tracking Technologies do we use?
When you use or access our Services, we use the following categories of Tracking Technologies:

Tracking and Advertising Tracking Technologies – these Tracking Technologies collect information about your habits in order to make advertising more relevant to you and your interests. They are also used to limit the number of times you see an advertisement as well as help measure the effectiveness of an advertising campaign. That information is shared with other parties such as advertisers, publishers and ad networks. Publishers, advertisers, and third-party ad networks may also utilize Tracking Technologies or similar technologies to deliver ads and monitor the performance of such ads;

Functionality Tracking Technologies – these Tracking Technologies allow our Services to remember choices you make (such as your language) and provide enhanced and personalized features. For example, these Tracking Technologies are used for authentication (to remember when you are logged-in) and support other features of our Services;

Performance Tracking Technologies – these Tracking Technologies collect information about your online activity (for example the duration of your visit on our Services), including behavioural data and content engagement metrics. These Tracking Technologies are used for analytics, research and to perform statistics (based on aggregated information).

How and by whom Tracking Technologies are stored on your device?
We store Tracking Technologies on your device when you visit or access our Services – these are called “First Party Tracking Technologies”. In addition, Tracking Technologies are stored by other third parties (for example, our analytics service providers, business partners, and advertisers), who run content on our Services – these are called “Third Party Tracking Technologies”. Both types of Tracking Technologies may be stored either for the duration of your visit on our Services or for repeat visits.

Google Analytics (and Google Advertising Tags). The Website and Services use a tool called “Google Analytics” to collect information about use of the Website. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit the Website and/or use the Services, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other websites they used prior to coming to the Website and/or use the Services. We use the information we get from Google Analytics to maintain and improve the Website, Services and our products. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with information we collect. Google reCAPTCHA. We use Google reCAPTCHA to help protect our Website from fraud and abuse. reCAPTCHA may collect information from your device and browser, including IP address, device and browser data, and interaction signals. Google Terms of Service are available here.

AppsFlyer. We use AppsFlyer to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns, prevent ad fraud, and analyse how users interact with our application. AppsFlyer collects technical device identifiers (such as IP address, advertising ID, and device type) and in-app event data (such as app installs and purchases). You may opt out of tracking by adjusting your mobile device’s privacy settings.

Advertising Partners. Through our services, we allow third-party advertising partners to drop technologies and other tracking tools to collect information regarding your activities and your device (e.g., your IP address, mobile identifiers, location, and time of day). We also combine and share such information and other information (such as demographic information and past purchase history) with third-party advertising partners. These advertising partners will use this information (and similar information collected from other websites) for purposes of delivering targeted advertisements to you when you visit third-party websites within their networks. This practice is commonly referred to as “interest-based advertising” or “online behavioral advertising.” We allow access to other data collected by the services to share information that may be useful, relevant, valuable, or otherwise of interest to you. There are various ways in which you can manage and control your Tracking Technologies settings. You can manually switch off the advertising ID tracking in your phone or delete the App.

Minors
