FAN CONTENT POLICY
Invokers: Titan Legacy Fan Content Guidelines
September, 2026
We love seeing the creativity of the Invokers community and encourage players and creators to make and share videos, livestreams, fan art, guides, screenshots and other content inspired by Invokers: Titan Legacy.
These Guidelines are here to make it clear what you can do with our game content and intellectual property (“Invokers Content”).
If you follow these Guidelines, you do not need separate permission from HitZone.
1. Create and share
You may create, upload, publish and livestream content using Invokers Content, including gameplay footage, screenshots, characters, artwork, logos and other officially released game materials.
You may also use our game names, logos and other official assets as part of your content – so long as it doesn't look like it's “official” Invokers-branded content.
2. Monetization is welcome
You may monetize your Fan Content through standard creator monetization methods, including partner programs, advertising, sponsorships and donations on platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Facebook and similar services.
However, other commercial uses of our intellectual property require our separate permission.
For example, you may not:
- charge people specifically to access Invokers Content;
- sell or license our game assets, artwork, music or other content;
- sell merchandise or other products using Invokers Content without our permission; or
- license Invokers Content to another party for a fee.
In short: your content must remain freely accessible and available – you can make money from the content you create but you cannot sell our IP itself.
3. Add your own creativity
We encourage you to add your own creative input, commentary or artistic contribution to Invokers Content – such as commentary over guide videos, tutorials, and written content on fan pages.
It is not permitted to simply upload or distribute copies of our content without your own creative input.
For example, please do not simply re-upload our trailers, advertisements, gameplay sequences, artwork collections or other official materials without adding something of your own.
Modification limits: you are not allowed to modify or change HitZone and Invokers logos, wordmarks, and trademarks. You are also not permitted to modify and adapt any HitZone or Invokers IP and assets (such as character models and other assets) without express written permission.
4. Use released content
You may use Invokers Content that has been officially released to the public, including publicly available gameplay, trailers and promotional materials.
Please do not publish leaked, confidential, or unreleased content.
Sometimes we may give creators access to pre-release content, builds or information. In those cases, the specific instructions, embargoes or Invokers Insiders terms we provide will apply.
5. Respect third-party rights
Some content appearing in our games, particularly music, may belong to third parties.
If you use third-party intellectual property together with Invokers Content, you are responsible for obtaining any permissions you need.
Please keep in mind that music used in the game may trigger copyright claims or platform restrictions even when it appears as part of gameplay.
Game soundtracks may not be separately uploaded or distributed apart from gameplay or other Fan Content unless you have the necessary rights.
6. Don’t pretend to be us
You may use Invokers Content, names and logos in your content. You do not need to include a disclaimer simply because you create Fan Content.
However, you may not present your content, channel, website, social account, product or service as official HitZone content, or imply that it is sponsored, endorsed or approved by HitZone unless we have agreed to that. A simple small-print disclaimer here isn't enough – your content or site's primary branding cannot contain HitZone or Invokers wordmarks or logos.
The same applies to domain names. You cannot register domain names, social media accounts names, or other related addresses for your Fan Content that includes Invokers or HitZone names or properties without a separate agreement granting written permission to do so.
7. Play fair
Fan Content using Invokers Content should not encourage or promote activities that violate our Terms of Use, including:
- cheats, hacks, bots or unauthorized third-party software;
- fraudulent schemes or unlawful refunds;
- unauthorized buying or selling of accounts, virtual currency or in-game items;
- piracy; or
- other illegal activity.
Any Fan Content must also remain suitable for the general Invokers audience. That means no sexually explicit or suggestive material, politically inflammatory content, discriminatory content, or extreme violence.
Nothing in these Guidelines prevents you from sharing your honest opinions, criticism or reviews of Invokers or HitZone.
8. Keep it legal
Your content must comply with applicable law and the rules of the platform where you publish it.
You are also responsible for making sure you have the necessary rights to any third-party content you use.
9. Invokers Insiders
Creators participating in the official Invokers Insiders Program may receive additional benefits, materials, pre-release access or promotional opportunities.
Where you have entered into a separate Invokers Insiders agreement, NDA, embargo or other agreement with HitZone, those terms will apply to the relevant activities.
10. A few final things
These Guidelines are intended to give you permission to create and monetize Fan Content using Invokers Content as described above.
They constitute HitZone’s express permission for these uses where our Terms of Use otherwise require our permission.
We may ask for content to be removed or changed if we reasonably believe it is unlawful, infringing, misleading, violates these Guidelines or materially misuses or misrepresents our intellectual property.
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision in the Policy shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.
We may also update these Guidelines from time to time.
Most importantly: have fun, be creative and show us what you make!
