Top 20 Debuffers
Debuffs decide how much damage your team deals and how much it takes. DEF Down and Weaken make every hit land harder, ATK Down and ACC Down blunt the enemy, and buff theft, Jinx and Mindworm take away what the enemy relies on. Every debuff needs Accuracy to land, so build it on these Invokers.
The following debuffers are listed in no particular order. Each section explains what the Invoker places and what to watch for, followed by two honorable mentions.
To see where each Invoker stands by mode and by Boss, open the Ultimate Tier List. Skills can change with updates, so check an Invoker's page before you invest in them.
1. Admiral Gladstone
Admiral Gladstone is a Legendary Earth Tank from the Freeborn, and a debuffer who happens to be very hard to kill. His Ultimate places Crit Rate Down, Combo SPD Down and DEF Down on the enemies in front of him, Howl of the Deep pairs Weaken with Mindworm, and Hand of Greed places Heal Reduction and shields him.
His Combo Attack extends a debuff. He has no Taunt, so do not count on him to pull enemies off your back line.
Build Gladstone if you want a wide spread of debuffs from a Tank who also holds the front.
2. Zalasi Bloodthorne
Zalasi Bloodthorne is an Epic Fire Melee Attacker from the Freeborn, and a DEF Down source an account can lean on for a long time. Petalfall places DEF Down and Weaken on a group, the pairing that raises your whole team's damage the most.
His other Skills place ATK Down and Combo SPD Down and give him Mana on critical hits, so Crit Rate helps him cast Petalfall more often.
Build Zalasi if you want DEF Down and Weaken without spending on a Legendary.
3. Incizza Inkbroth
Incizza Inkbroth is an Epic Dark Melee Attacker from the Freeborn, and an underrated debuff support. Release the Squid! places RES Down and then DEF Down, and the RES Down helps your team's later debuffs land.
Abyssal Chomp extends the debuffs already on the target. He still needs Accuracy to land the RES Down in the first place.
Build Incizza if your team's debuffs keep getting resisted.
4. Sawtooth Veyna
Sawtooth Veyna is an Epic Water Ranged Attacker from the Freeborn, focused on one target. Hateshot places Disable, which blocks the target's active Skills, Hookshot Pulls the target in and places RES Down, and Vengeful Blade places Heal Reduction.

Build Veyna if one enemy, such as a healer, is what keeps saving the other team.
5. Ivory the Beastseeker
Ivory the Beastseeker is an Epic Light Ranged Attacker from the Freeborn. Demoralizer places Jinx that stops up to five buffs, Bonebreaker places DEF Down around a target, and Beast Calmer places Mindworm.

6. Nautila the Unfathomable
Nautila the Unfathomable is a Legendary Dark Melee Attacker from the Freeborn, built against buff-heavy enemies. Tentacle Blitz places Jinx and then Mindworm, and Seafoam Spiral teleports to a distant enemy and shortens buffs on everything it hits.
Jinx blocks new buffs; it does not remove the ones already there, so Seafoam Spiral's shortening is what deals with those.
Build Nautila if you need to keep enemy buffs down across a whole group.
7. Saducine
Saducine is a Legendary Light Support from the Freeborn, and stacks debuffs from almost every Skill. Doom Strings places ATK Down, Crit Rate Down and Combo SPD Down, Grinning Fate places DEF Down and Weaken on a group, and Calamity Needles extends several debuffs on one enemy.
The more debuffs on the target, the more Mana and Titan Mana she generates, which makes her a strong pick against Bosses.
Build Saducine if your team wins by stacking debuffs on Bosses.
8. Kisanka
Kisanka is an Epic Dark Ranged Attacker from the Cambion, with a balance of damage and suppression. Abyssal Blossom places Weaken on a group, and Eyes of Madness gives her ATK Up and then places ATK Down and Crit Rate Down on one enemy.
Cursed Tether places Combo SPD Down. ATK Down cuts damage that scales with ATK, but not every kind of damage.
Build Kisanka if you want an Epic who weakens the enemy's damage while raising yours.
9. Jutsubo
Jutsubo is a Legendary Light Support from the Cambion, and a debuffer who heals at the same time. Secret of Hurt places DEF Down, Secret of Despair places ATK Down on a group, and her Combo Attack extends a debuff.
Her Ultimate heals allies, gives them DEF Up and pushes back an enemy Skill's cooldown.
Build Jutsubo if you want one Support who covers both healing and debuffs.
10. Zhine the Spark
Zhine the Spark is an Epic Dark Support from the Magi, built around zones. Zap Fence places Shock on enemies inside it again and again, and Hyper Mega Barrier places Shock, removes enemy buffs and shields allies standing in it.
Both depend on where the fight is, so keep your team and the enemies inside her zones. She is a strong pick for the Dark Spire.
Build Zhine if you want control and shields from one Epic in grouped fights.
11. Aldous the Atomage
Aldous the Atomage is a Legendary Earth Ranged Attacker from the Magi, and a specialist: Memorium Seal places Titanblock on a group, stopping those enemies from invoking their Titans. His Combo Attack gives you Titan Mana for each enemy hit.
That makes him strongest in the Arena, where the enemy team's Titans matter as much as yours.
Build Aldous if enemy Titans are what turns Arena fights against you.
12. Gralmund the Guidestone
Gralmund the Guidestone is a Legendary Water Support from the Stonehearts, mixing debuffs with protection. Pendulum Laser places ACC Down and RES Down on one enemy, and Fractal Ray removes debuffs from nearby allies.

Build Ulsos if you want to stack debuffs on a Boss from your Tank.
14. Ravizia
Ravizia is a Legendary Fire Support from the Nocturna. Strength Scour places ATK Down on a group, Essence Spike places ACC Down, her Combo Attack extends debuffs, and her Ultimate places Combo SPD Down while it shields and buffs your team.
Her Ultimate first takes part of your allies' current HP, so cast it when your team can afford it.
Build Ravizia if you want debuffs and big team buffs all from one Invoker.
15. Roxxi & Gumm
Roxxi & Gumm are a Legendary Light Melee Attacker from the Nocturna, built for disruption. Double Trouble can Stun two targets, Spike Splat places Skill RECOV Down on a group, and Gumm Sling places ATK Down and Crit Rate Down, then Launches the enemy away and slows it.
Their Combo Attack removes Titan Mana and their Ultimate removes Ultimate Mana. Against a Boss or miniboss, the Ultimate also shortens their own cooldowns.
Build Roxxi & Gumm if you want to drain the enemy's resources and keep them off balance.
16. Kryxa the Giantfeller
Kryxa the Giantfeller is a Legendary Dark Tank from the Ironbands whose debuffs all cut enemy damage. Giantskull Charge places ATK Down and Taunt, Heinous Chop places ACC Down, and Signature Cut places Crit Rate Down and Recovery Down.

Build Kryxa if you want a Taunt Tank who also weakens what the enemy can do.
17. Taranis the Bolt Regent
Taranis the Bolt Regent is a Legendary Wind Ranged Attacker from the Eldrin. Energy Squall places a very large ACC Down and ATK Down on a group, and Pulse Singularity creates a Shocksphere that attacks random enemies for several seconds.

Build Taranis if enemy debuffs and damage are wearing your team down.
18. Ardell the Torrent
Ardell the Torrent is a Legendary Water Melee Attacker from the Eldrin, and an answer to buff-heavy enemies. Overflow steals buffs, Water's Edge places DEF Down, and Raging River places Mindworm.

Build Ardell if you want to strip enemy buffs while setting up your damage.
19. Shadek the Soulreaper
Shadek the Soulreaper is a Legendary Dark Melee Attacker from the Lightseekers, and makes kills stick. Eye of the Void places Hex on a group, so enemies that die while Hexed cannot be revived, and from Level 6 it also places Weaken.

Build Shadek if enemy revives keep undoing your team's kills.
