Jutsubo guide: skills, build and team roles
Overview
Jutsubo is a Legendary Light Support from the Cambion Faction in Invokers: Titan Legacy. She heals your team and makes enemies easier to fight: Secret of Hurt places DEF Down to help your team damage a selected enemy, and Secret of Despair places area ATK Down to weaken attacks that scale with ATK. Her Ultimate adds DEF Up, a larger heal and a cooldown increase on a random enemy active Skill.
That makes her a good choice when your team needs healing and debuffs from one Invoker. Her heals scale from her own MAX HP, so HP makes her both sturdier and a better healer. She has no cleanse, Shield or revive, so bring another Invoker for those.
Fully Awakened and before Gear, Jutsubo has 967 ATK, 760 DEF and 10,909 HP. Her ATK is among the highest of any Support, and her HP is about average.
Skills To Prioritize
Secret of Dreams attacks one enemy and heals the ally with the lowest current HP in range. The heal scales from Jutsubo's own MAX HP, rising from 3% at Level 1 to 12% at Level 10 and 13% at Max Level. Its ten-second base cooldown makes it a recurring single-ally heal rather than a big emergency team heal.
Secret of Hope is her Ultimate and gives the larger group heal, also based on her MAX HP. It heals up to ten allies with the lowest MAX HP, not the lowest current HP. In a normal small team that may not change who gets healed, but it isn't aimed at your most injured allies. Its DEF Up uses a radius around the selected enemy, while the heal has its own selection and radius, so a ranged Invoker standing far from the target may miss the DEF Up even if the heal reaches them.
At Level 10, Secret of Hope heals for 32% of her MAX HP with 60% DEF Up for seventeen seconds. Max Level raises those to 35% and eighteen seconds, and lowers the Mana cost to 1,000. It also adds twenty seconds to the cooldown of a random active Skill on enemies it hits. That delays a Skill; it isn't a Stun, and the enemy can still act.
Secret of Hurt places single-target DEF Down. Its strength rises from 20% at Level 1 to 50% at Level 10, which strips a lot more of the enemy's DEF. Secret of Despair places ATK Down in an area, reaching 60% at Level 10. It reduces damage that scales from ATK, not every attack a Boss can use. At Max Level it mainly improves duration and cooldown.
Her fifth Combo Attack has a small area attack and extends random debuffs on the targets. It reaches two debuffs at Level 10 and three at Max Level. This can keep useful debuffs running between Skill casts, though it picks at random, so it may not extend the debuff you want. Her debuffs, cooldown increase and debuff extension all need Accuracy to land.
If you want Jutsubo to keep one ally topped up with recurring heals, upgrade Secret of Dreams first. If you want to stabilise your whole team, upgrade Secret of Hope first. If you want your team to hit harder, upgrade Secret of Hurt first, as it grows to 50% DEF Down at Level 10. If you want to cut the damage you take, upgrade Secret of Despair first, as it reaches 60% ATK Down at Level 10. Pick whichever matches what your team is missing.
Build And Team Support
Jutsubo places DEF Down, ATK Down and a cooldown increase, so put Accuracy on her Chestplate first and stack more after that as the build allows. Then invest in HP, since her heals scale from her MAX HP, and build RES up to about 300 for Bosses, with more for Arena. ATK isn't a priority, as it doesn't replace the HP scaling of her heals. Skill RECOV helps her three active Skills, and Mana Gen on her Talisman helps Secret of Hope, which still costs 1,000 Mana at Max Level.
For Relic Sets, Health Relics boost her heals and keep her alive, and Accuracy Relics help her debuffs land. If you want Secret of Hope more often, Mana Relics add Mana Gen.
Pair her with Invokers who cover what she lacks: a cleanse for removable debuffs, Willpower for control-heavy fights, and damage dealers to turn her support into kills.
Arena, Bosses And Spires
In Arena, her healing, DEF Up and debuffs keep a damage dealer alive long enough to hit back. The cooldown increase can delay an enemy Skill, but it picks at random, so it may not hit the one you fear most. Protect her while she builds Mana for her Ultimate.
Against Sorgott, her native Crush and Manaburn Tolerances help, and her healing and debuffs support the fight. She can't remove allied debuffs, place Jinx or steal his buffs, so bring other Invokers who can. Her DEF Up doesn't reduce damage that ignores DEF.
Against Galvos, debuffs on him raise your team's damage and buffs on your allies cut the damage he deals. Jutsubo helps on both sides, with DEF Down and ATK Down on him and DEF Up on your team. Keep your team near the selected enemy so the DEF Up reaches them.
Against Pentiax, Althar and Hyxxis, her healing keeps your damage dealers alive, but she can't do their jobs. Bring Titan damage for Pentiax, an Invoker who stops Althar's minions from reviving, and enough damage to break Hyxxis's eggs.
Be wary of Light Omnissi, where heals cost MAX HP, which makes her healing a trade-off, and of Astral Omnissi, who can steal her DEF Up buff. Wind Omnissi needs Move SPD Down and Dark Omnissi needs Combo SPD Down, which Jutsubo doesn't place, so bring another Invoker who does.
In the Light Spire, her area ATK Down, team healing and DEF Up help against waves of enemies. She still needs damage dealers to clear them, and control-heavy floors may need cleansing or Willpower from another Invoker. If your team keeps dying with removable debuffs on them, more healing isn't what's missing.
Awaken
Awakening boosts an Invoker's stats significantly. Bonuses from Relics, Accessories, the Trophy Room, Tactics and Titan leader bonuses apply to base stats and Awakening stats alike, so unlocking the Awakening nodes is critical to maximise Jutsubo's potential.
Unlocking each Titan node at Star 2, 4 and 6 adds a second to Titan Invokation, taking the total from 12 seconds to 15.
