Kisanka guide: skills, build and team roles
Overview
Kisanka is an Epic Dark Ranged Attacker from the Cambion Faction in Invokers: Titan Legacy. She makes enemies take more damage while cutting the offensive stats of one priority target, which gives her a team-enabling role beyond her own damage. When her debuffs land and the enemy's attacks depend on ATK, she adds both damage and safety to your team.
Fully Awakened and before Gear, Kisanka has 994 ATK, 671 DEF and 6,766 HP. Her ATK and HP are about average for a Ranged Attacker.
Crit Rate Down is scarce: she is one of the few Invokers who place it, so she is a good candidate if you are building a team that needs it.
Skills To Prioritize
Abyssal Blossom attacks around a selected enemy and places Weaken for 18 seconds. The value is 16% at Level 10 and 17% at Max Level, with the base cooldown falling from 25 to 23 seconds. That makes enemies take more damage from your whole team, not just Kisanka.
Cursed Tether places 15% Combo SPD Down before a focused attack. Max Level extends it from six to eight seconds, and the base cooldown stays at ten seconds. It slows Combo Attacks, not Skill cooldowns.
Her fifth Combo Attack also hits a small area. That adds some wave pressure, but not every Combo hit damages a group.
Eyes of Madness gives Kisanka ATK Up before it attacks, then places ATK Down and Crit Rate Down on its target. At Level 10 she gains 55% ATK Up for 18 seconds, and Max Level raises that to 60% for 20 seconds. The target gets 60% ATK Down for 20 seconds at both levels, and Crit Rate Down improves from 35% at Level 10 to 40% at Max Level for 20 seconds. ATK Down only reduces damage that depends on ATK, so it doesn't cut every attack the same amount, and it isn't 60% less total damage. Crit Rate Down lowers critical chance, but doesn't stop an enemy ever landing a critical hit.
Max Level also lowers the Ultimate's cost from 1050 to 1000. The debuffs last a long time, but you still need the Mana for the first cast, and for the next one before they run out.
Lost Gaze attacks twice and lists a non-critical Ultimate Mana grant of 40. The critical amount is 72 at Level 10 or 80 at Max Level, and replaces the normal amount. Whether that applies per hit or across both isn't stated, so don't count on it doubling.
If you want Kisanka to raise your team's damage, upgrade Abyssal Blossom first, as Max Level raises Weaken to 17%. If you want her to suppress a priority target harder, upgrade Eyes of Madness first, as Max Level raises her ATK Up to 60%, Crit Rate Down to 40% and lowers the Ultimate's cost to 1000 Mana.
Build And Team Support
Kisanka places Weaken, ATK Down, Crit Rate Down and Combo SPD Down, so put Accuracy on her Chestplate and Flask and stack as much as the build allows. After that, build ATK and Crit Rate to about 75-80%, then as much Crit DMG as the build allows. Past that point, Crit DMG is worth more than more Crit Rate, and Crit Rate also makes Lost Gaze's larger Mana branch more reliable. Add enough HP and DEF to survive area attacks and enemies that reach the back line.
For Relic Sets, Accuracy Relics help her debuffs land more consistently, and Crit Rate Relics help you reach the Crit Rate threshold. For more damage once those are covered, Predator Relics add ATK and, at five pieces, Crit DMG.
She has no heal, Shield or revive, so bring a healer or Shield provider. She has native Daze and Manaburn Tolerances. They help against Ulgorim and Sorgott, but neither Tolerance covers either Boss's Corruptions on its own.
Arena, Bosses And Spires
In Arena and the Dark Spire, Kisanka's area Weaken and focused ATK Down work well beside a healer or Shield provider.
Against Dark Omnissi, Cursed Tether's Combo SPD Down switches off her active-Skill reflection, but only while it's on the target, so keep it active.
Awaken
Awakening boosts an Invoker's stats significantly. Bonuses from Relics, Accessories, the Trophy Room, Tactics and Titan leader bonuses apply to base stats and Awakening stats alike, so unlocking the Awakening nodes is critical to maximise Kisanka's potential.
Unlocking each Titan node at Star 2, 4 and 6 adds a second to Titan Invokation, taking the total from 12 seconds to 15.
