Lucentia guide: skills, build and team roles
Overview
Lucentia is a Legendary Wind Ranged Attacker from the Lightseekers Faction in Invokers: Titan Legacy. She places Heal Reduction, ATK Down and Crit Rate Down, then cashes in on the debuffs: Light Piercer ignores DEF and deals extra damage for every debuff on its target, and her Ultimate, Radiance Stream, extends those debuffs and hits harder for each one. With teammates who place debuffs of their own, her damage grows even further.
Fully Awakened and before Gear, Lucentia has 1,378 ATK, 779 DEF and 6,944 HP. Her ATK is one of the highest in the game, and her HP is typical for a Ranged Attacker, so she needs allies to keep her alive while she works.
She's the only Invoker in the game who places Heal Reduction, ATK Down and Crit Rate Down, so she's a good candidate if you're building a team that wants all three.
Skills To Prioritize
Translucence hits one enemy for 155% ATK at Level 1 and 310% ATK at Max Level, and places Heal Reduction. It's 35% for 4 seconds at Level 1, 80% at Level 9, and 100% at Level 10 for 6 seconds, so the target's heals are cut completely. Max Level extends it to 7 seconds. Its base cooldown is 10 seconds, and it needs Accuracy to land.
Prism Blast hits one enemy twice, for 160% ATK each at Level 1 and 320% ATK at Max Level. The first hit places ATK Down and the second places Crit Rate Down. ATK Down is 25% at Level 1 and 50% from Level 10, lasting 16 seconds. Crit Rate Down is 10% at Level 1, 20% from Level 6 and 25% at Max Level. Both need Accuracy, and the base cooldown is 27 seconds.
Light Piercer hits one enemy for 320% ATK at Level 1 and 640% ATK at Max Level. It ignores 1% of the target's DEF for every debuff on it at Level 1, rising to 2% at Max Level, and adds 4% damage per debuff at Level 1, rising to 7% from Level 10. The extra damage is capped at +75% at Level 1 and +150% at Max Level. Its base cooldown is 28 seconds. It's worth most against a target with several debuffs, so use it after Translucence and Prism Blast have landed.
Radiance Stream costs 1,100 Mana. It hits one enemy three times, for 177.5% ATK each at Level 1 and 355% ATK at Max Level, and extends random debuffs on the target: up to two by 3 seconds at Level 1, up to four from Level 10, and by 5 seconds at Max Level. Each hit also deals extra damage for every debuff on the target, 2% at Level 1 and 5% from Level 9. The extension needs Accuracy, and it only extends debuffs already on the target.
Her fifth Combo Attack also extends one random debuff on each enemy it hits by 1 second at Level 1, and up to two debuffs by 2 seconds at Max Level, so she keeps the debuffs running between Skills.
If you want Lucentia to focus on damage, prioritize Light Piercer, as Max Level reaches 640% ATK, ignores 2% DEF per debuff and lifts the cap on its extra damage to +150%. If you want her to answer Bosses that heal, upgrade Translucence to Level 10 first, where Heal Reduction reaches 100%. If you want her to keep your team's debuffs up, consider upgrading Radiance Stream first, as Level 10 extends up to four debuffs and Max Level extends them by 5 seconds.
Build And Team Support
Lucentia places Heal Reduction, ATK Down and Crit Rate Down, so put Accuracy on her Chestplate and Flask, and stack more after that as the build allows. Landing the debuffs comes before more damage, because Light Piercer and Radiance Stream both scale with them. Then build Crit Rate to about 75–80%, and as much Crit DMG as the build allows: her kit doesn't rely on Bleed or Burn, so past that Crit Rate threshold, Crit DMG is worth more than extra Crit Rate. Radiance Stream costs 1,100 Mana, so put Mana Gen on her Talisman, especially for Arena. Skill RECOV helps if you want Light Piercer, the Skill that carries her damage, back sooner.
For Relic Sets, Accuracy Relics help Translucence, Prism Blast and the debuff extensions land. Predator gives ATK +10% with three pieces and Crit DMG +40% with five, and Crit Rate and Crit Damage Relics build toward her threshold. For more damage, equip Predator or Attack; to land her debuffs more consistently, equip Accuracy. She has native Daze and Atrophy Tolerances.
She has no heal or Shield, so bring a Support and a Tank to protect her. Teammates who place their own debuffs make Light Piercer and Radiance Stream hit harder.
Arena, Bosses And Spires
In Arena, Prism Blast cuts an enemy's ATK by up to 50% and its Crit Rate by up to 25%, Translucence stops the target's healing, and Light Piercer and Radiance Stream then cash in on the debuffs. Be wary of enemy Invokers who have Immunity or cleansing Skills, as they can stop her debuffs or remove the ones her damage depends on.
Against Ulgorim, who asks for Heal Reduction, Translucence cuts his healing by 100% at Level 10, and Lucentia's native Daze Tolerance matches his Control Corruption. She has no Blight Tolerance, so bring Blight Relics or an Invoker who has it.
Against Sakiel, whose Demon Form is best met with an Invoker who has 100% Heal Reduction, Translucence reaches exactly that at Level 10.
Against Galvos, her native Atrophy and Daze Tolerances match both of his Corruptions. His Iron Catalyst makes him take 5% more damage for every debuff on him, so the Heal Reduction, ATK Down and Crit Rate Down she places all raise her team's damage.
Against Koltmos, who is best fought from range with burst damage, Lucentia's ATK and Light Piercer fit the job, though she has no Tolerance for his Blight and Manashock Corruptions.
Against Wind Omnissi and Dark Omnissi, who ask for Invokers who extend debuffs, Radiance Stream and her fifth Combo Attack extend debuffs on the target. Lucentia doesn't place Move SPD Down or Combo SPD Down herself, so bring another Invoker who does.
In the Wind Spire, Lucentia's debuffs and Light Piercer deal with priority enemies. Good teammates in her Rarity are Luxare the Prismatic, who protects a team with MAX HP Shields, RES Up and charges against debuffs and Control Debuffs, and Lightwind Iristeia, whose wide range of debuffs gives Light Piercer more to work with.
Awaken
Awakening boosts an Invoker's stats significantly. Bonuses from Relics, Accessories, the Trophy Room, Tactics and Titan leader bonuses apply to base stats and Awakening stats alike, so unlocking the Awakening nodes is critical to maximise Lucentia's potential.
Unlocking each Titan node at Star 2, 4 and 6 adds a second to Titan Invokation, taking the total from 12 seconds to 15.
