Panno the Cadence guide: skills, build and team roles
Overview
Panno the Cadence is a Legendary Earth Support from the Beastbloods Faction in Invokers: Titan Legacy. He does three jobs from one Invoker: Bolster Beat places ATK Up and DEF Up on the ten allies with the lowest HP%, Sound Bath removes debuffs from the ally who carries the most and heals them, and his Ultimate, Nirvana Strike, gives the team Ultimate Mana while cycling his own Skills. Beside Invokers who place debuffs of their own, he keeps a team hitting harder and standing longer.
His heal scales from his MAX HP, so his HP is what makes his cleanse worth casting. He places no debuffs, so he doesn't need Accuracy.
Sound Bath goes to the ally carrying the most debuffs, not the one with the lowest HP, so you can't aim it. He has no revive, and he isn't a replacement for a healer who targets the Tank.
Skills To Prioritize
Sound Bath removes two debuffs from the ally with the most debuffs and heals that ally for 15% of Panno's MAX HP at Level 1. The heal reaches 25% at Level 10, the debuffs removed rise to three at Level 6 and four at Max Level, and the cooldown falls from 28 seconds to 23 at Max Level.
Bolster Beat places ATK Up and DEF Up on the ten allies with the lowest HP% within 15 metres. DEF Up is 20% at Level 1 and 40% at Level 10. ATK Up is 25% at Level 1, 40% at Level 7 and 50% at Max Level. The buffs last 12 seconds at Level 1 and 16 at Max Level, and the cooldown falls from 28 seconds to 23 at Max Level.
Nirvana Strike costs 1,100 Mana, falling to 1,075 at Level 5, 1,050 at Level 8 and 1,000 at Max Level. It gives ten other allies Ultimate Mana, 100 at Level 1 and 200 at Level 10, plus 10 for every buff at Level 1 and 15 at Max Level. It also shortens all of Panno's Skill cooldowns, by 8 seconds at Level 1 and 16 at Max Level, rising in steps of two from Level 5. Its 315% ATK hit grows to 630% at Max Level, but his value is in the Mana and cooldowns.
Energy Flow shortens Sound Bath's cooldown by 0.25 seconds per debuff on its target at Level 1 and 0.75 seconds at Max Level, and his fifth Combo Attack shortens it by 0.5 seconds, rising to 1.5 at Max Level. They matter most beside Invokers who place many debuffs.
If you want Panno to keep a team free of debuffs and healthy, prioritize Sound Bath, as Level 6 and Max Level raise the debuffs removed to three and four. If you want him to make your damage dealers hit harder, upgrade Bolster Beat first, as its ATK Up reaches 50% at Max Level. If you mostly want him to charge the team's Ultimates, upgrade Nirvana Strike, as Max Level gives 200 Ultimate Mana plus 15 for every buff.
Build And Team Support
Panno's heal scales from his MAX HP, so invest in HP first, then RES, up to about 300 for Bosses and more for Arena. He places no debuffs, so he doesn't need Accuracy. Put Mana Gen on his Talisman for Nirvana Strike, especially in Arena, and add Skill RECOV to bring Sound Bath back sooner.
For Relic Sets, Health Relics raise the MAX HP his heal scales from, and Paragon makes his heals 15% bigger. Resistance Relics make it harder for enemy debuffs to land on him, and Mana Relics bring Nirvana Strike round sooner.
He works best beside Invokers who place debuffs on enemies, because Energy Flow shortens Sound Bath's cooldown for every debuff on its target. Bring a Tank for the team and a healer who can aim a heal at one ally.
Arena, Bosses And Spires
In Arena, Bolster Beat raises your team's ATK and DEF in one move, Sound Bath cleanses the Invoker an enemy has debuffed most, and Nirvana Strike charges your team's Ultimates. Be wary of enemy Invokers who remove buffs, as they strip the ATK Up and DEF Up he places and reduce the Mana Nirvana Strike gives for every buff.
Against Fire Omnissi, who buries a team in Burn and extends the debuffs on it, Sound Bath's cleanse is the kind of answer the Boss guide asks for. It removes up to four debuffs from the most afflicted ally, and Panno's native Manaburn Tolerance matches her Damage Corruption.
Against Hyxxis, his native Crush and Manaburn Tolerances match both of the Boss's Corruptions, and Bolster Beat's ATK Up and DEF Up help your team hold out. Hyxxis prioritizes Tanks with Ensacment, and Sound Bath doesn't aim at the Tank, so bring a healer who does.
In the Earth Spire, good teammates in his Rarity are Prime Force Senhachi, who places DEF Down and ATK Down, and Wrakk the Harvester, who places RES Down, ATK Down, ACC Down and Skill Recovery Down. Both put many debuffs on a target, which speeds Panno's cleanse up.
Awaken
Awakening boosts an Invoker's stats significantly. Bonuses from Relics, Accessories, the Trophy Room, Tactics and Titan leader bonuses apply to base stats and Awakening stats alike, so unlocking the Awakening nodes is critical to maximise Panno's potential.
Unlocking each Titan node at Star 2, 4 and 6 adds a second to Titan Invokation, taking the total from 12 seconds to 15.
