Saddle up and get ready for chills and thrills, as our October Chase Event is now live! Running from Monday, October 12th to Monday, November 2nd, players can earn the Legendary Nocturna, Grimnall the Hollowed, by taking on the Grimnall Chase!
This Chase is just like previous Chase Events, with players earning Crowns (or Pumpkins for this spooky Chase!) by competing in Tournaments over the Chase's 3 week run. Once you've earned 170 Pumpkins, you can then head over to the Event Shop and grab Grimnall for yourself. With this Chase forming part of our wider Frightfest Event, expect a few special treats where players can earn some additional Pumpkins...
If you're not able to collect the 170 Pumpkins needed to nab Grimnall, don't despair! You can still spend your hard-earned Pumpkins to purchase some valuable resources from the Event Shop like a Divine Star, Skill Codexes, and more. With the launch of this Chase, we've also added VIP Points as potential rewards on both Local and Chase Leaderboards as well.
Players can now also plan out their Chase strategy using our Chase Event pages, now live on the Invokers Portal! Here, you can go to the dedicated Grimnall Chase page, see the entire schedule for the Chase, mark off what Tournaments you've successfully completed, and even add on what you've earned as Leaderboard rewards. It's a more interactive way to do your Chase planning, so head on over and start figuring out your path to earning Grimnall!
So what's Grimnall like as an Invoker? He's a Earth Ranged Attacker for the Nocturna, who deals powerful single-target damage and acts as a Titan and Ultimate Mana battery. A great pick for Koltmos and Pentiax, Grimnall also has potential as a powerful Arena nuker. You'll need to pair him with Invokers who can load him up with buffs to make the most of his Ultimate and Titan Mana generation, but the pay off is more than worth it.
You can see a snapshot of Grimnall's Skills below, and see what our Invokers Insiders thought of him via their first impressions videos, as well as our own Invoker Spotlight.

Along with the Grimnall Chase, our spooky new home screen also makes its grand appearance today, alongside Wrakk the Harvester and Hain the Combine – the other Halloween-themed Invoker and Titan shown off in our Frightfest teaser.
Best of luck in the Chase everyone!
