Update 0.60 is now available! Brighten up your Collection with super rare Chroma Invokers and Titans, unlock new levels of luxury with the VIP Pass, collect 9 new Invokers and 2 new Titans, and more!
CHROMA INVOKERS & TITANS

As we teased in our recent Invokers Roadmap post, we’re giving everyone a chance to summon a super rare variant of Invokers and Titans – Chroma Invokers & Titans.
These sparkly variants have absolutely no gameplay difference or improvements compared to normal Invokers and Titans – they simply look super cool! You have a chance to receive a Chroma Invoker or Titan whenever you summon one via a Star or an Orb, and summoning a Chroma Invoker or Titan will be announced to all via the in-game Chat. Lucky you!
You can toggle whether to show the Chroma visual effect in your Collection, with any Chroma Invokers or Titans being shown via a unique character portrait. While you can turn off the Chroma effect for yourself, Chroma Invokers and Titans will always be visible in the Arena – so other players can really see that you mean business.
Should you manage to summon the Chroma variant of an Invoker or Titan you already have (and have invested a lot into), you can use the Chroma copy to “convert” your pre-existing Invoker or Titan into a Chroma!

We’ve also added a special warning to Ascension, Empowerment, and Fusion, so you don’t accidentally spend a Chroma when you don’t want to. You also cannot Dismiss Chromas.
VIP PASS
We want to reward dedicated players with a little something extra, so this update introduces the new VIP Pass.
After you complete the in-game tutorial, a 1 day VIP Pass will automatically activate. You can access the VIP Pass by pressing on the VIP banner, located just underneath your Avatar on the home screen.

On this screen, you can see your current VIP Level, claim your Daily Chest and any VIP Points, see what VIP Boosts you’ve unlocked, and extend your current VIP Pass.
By gaining VIP Points, you’ll upgrade your VIP Level, which will in turn unlock additional VIP Boosts. You’ll gain VIP Points each day your VIP Pass is active, with you gaining additional Points for keeping up a daily streak. You’ll also earn VIP Points for purchasing items from the in-game Shop – with the number of VIP Points you earn being displayed next to any packs or offers.
NOTE: Purchases from the Gem Shop and free gifts from the in-game Shop do not award VIP Points.
In future, you’ll be able to earn additional VIP Points from clearing the Spires, as Leaderboard rewards and so on, so keep an eye out for these extra places to build up your VIP Level!
Upgrading your VIP Level will also increase the value of the Daily Chest you’ll receive. You’ll earn this Daily Chest even if your VIP Pass is unactive.

There are currently 25 VIP Levels, with you unlocking more VIP Boosts as you level up. You cannot lose VIP Levels. VIP Points are earned regardless of whether you’re actively a VIP or not – VIP Boosts only apply when you’re an active VIP. VIP Boosts include boosted Memorium, Gold, and Rune drops, bonus stats when fighting in Campaign and against Bosses, exclusive frames for your in-game Avatar, and even Daily Quests auto-completing.
You can see the full list of the benefits you can get from having an active VIP Pass in the screenshot below:

You can activate the VIP Pass for a day for 300 Gems, for a week for 1,400 Gems, and for 30 days for 3000 Gems. You’ll get a free VIP Pass activation every time you reach a new VIP Level.
IMPORTANT! When the VIP Pass goes live in-game, you will receive retroactive VIP Points for all purchases you have previously made, and you'll gain 50 VIP Points for each day you've logged in.
If you want to flaunt your VIP Level, you can toggle the ability to show your VIP Level in both the home screen and in the Chat. By default, this is turned off.
HOME SCREEN REDESIGN
As much as we loved our old home screen, it was time for a fresh lick of paint! We’ve redesigned the home screen to be simpler to navigate, show off key features easier, and to allow space for fun additions for future Events!

Rather than showing four Invokers, the home screen will now show the Invoker and Titan in your Collection with the highest Power. In a future release, we’ll add the ability for players to pick the Invoker and Titan to appear on their home screen, so stay tuned!
EVENTS AND TOURNAMENT IMPROVEMENTS
- Leaderboard Rewards Threshold: Players now only need to earn the first reward on the Personal Rewards track to be eligible for Leaderboard Rewards
- Chase Event Calendar Improvements: Tournaments that can earn you 2x Tournament Points during a Chase Event will now appear first on the Event Calendar
- Relic Hunt Rules: The Rules tab for Relic Hunt Tournaments no longer show the Points you can earn for 6★ Relics. Once they’re added to the game, we’ll add them back in!
- Global Leaderboard Position: If you are outside the top 100 on a Tournament’s Global Leaderboard, it will now show your position as “100+”
- Tournament Challenge Pop-up Fix: We fixed a bug where certain names would be incorrectly censored when appearing in the Tournament Challenge pop-up
- Chase Event Leaderboards: Chase Events now support their own Local and Global Leaderboards, complete with Tournament Challenges
- The first Chase Event that will utilize its own Leaderboards will be in September
- 2 New Tournament Types: This update introduces the Pentiax Spark Hunt and Campaign Rush. As the names suggest, the Pentiax Spark Hunt has you battling against Pentiax to earn as much Titan Spark as possible, while the Campaign Rush tasks you with clearing as many Campaign Levels as you can, on the highest difficulty you can
- FYI: These Tournaments won’t be added to our Chase Event line-up until September
- Claimed Rewards Check Mark: When a Tournament has concluded and you’ve claimed all available rewards, the Tournament tab will show a green tick to indicate the Tournament is over

For Pages 8 and 10, we’ve disabled the “Equip Gauntlets with Crit Rate as its main Stat” Quest.
For any Quests that require you to beat something at a particular difficulty like a Boss, beating it on a higher difficulty will now count towards the Quest. We’ve also made a change that if you have completed all 120 floors of a Spire, any Quests that require you to fight in the Spires will auto-complete.
We’ve also added a highly requested Achievement for fully Awakening an Invoker. There are 20 stages of this Achievement, starting at fully Awakening 1 Invoker, and ending at fully Awakening 50 Invokers – with each Achievement earning you various top tier Class Crests and Essence as rewards.
CAMPAIGN & SPIRES
- Shortened Campaign Levels: We’ve shortened the Campaign Levels of Chapters 8 and 9 across all difficulties
- Saved Spire Teams: Rather than having to remake your winning Spire team each month, your latest played team will be remembered when entering Spires post-monthly reset
BOSSES
- Updated Elements for Koltmos and Galvos: The first five Stages of Koltmos and Galvos in Boss Mode had the incorrect Elements, so we've updated them to be correct. See the table below:
| Stage | Galvos – before | Galvos – after | Koltmos – before | Koltmos – after |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Earth | Fire | Earth | Water |
| 2 | Wind | Earth | Wind | Fire |
| 3 | Water | Wind | Water | Earth |
| 4 | Fire | Water | Fire | Wind |
| 5 | Earth | Fire | Earth | Water |
INVOKER REBALANCES
Some will have seen a sneak peek of these changes, but 0.60 sees Kingpin Tatsulow get a well needed kit rework. He’s now more of a DPS tank, rather than a straight up defensive wall. Here’s what changed:
- His Skill Multipliers now fully scale off DEF, rather than ATK and DEF
- Combo Attack 5 – if Tatsulow lands a critical hit with his Combo Attack 5, it will now grant him Ultimate Mana
- Skill 1, Pound Fools – this Skill now grants Tatsulow Ultimate Mana if it lands as a critical hit
- Skill 2, Draw Strength – this Skill now attacks enemies in a 10x10m area at Max Level, and also places a Shield on Tatsulow, equal to 35% of the damage dealt
- Skill 3, Reverb Crater – this Skill now grants Tatsulow and his allies a 15% Deflection buff for 12 seconds
Tatsulow isn’t the only Invoker getting access to a Deflection buff! The following Invokers have also had Deflection added to one of their Skills:
- Wild King Caladras, Skill 3
- Kryxa the Giantfeller, Ultimate Skill
- Kandra, Skill 3
- Virtus the Heavensent, Skill 3
- Valentu the Devoted, Skill 2
For Taranis, the star of our first Chase Event, we have updated the description of his Ultimate, Pulse Singularity, to better reflect how the Shocksphere works, along with fixing the behavior of his Shocksphere.
For Zhine, we have increased the Shield multiplier on her Ultimate, Hyper Mega Barrier, from 2% of MAX HP to 10% of MAX HP, as well as fixing how the buffs and debuffs are applied by her Skills, Zap Fence and Hyper Mega Barrier. Buffs and debuffs from these Skills are now applied upon entering the relevant zone, rather than when they are placed. For Hyper Mega Barrier, Shield will be applied when the zone is created, when Invokers enter or exit the zone, or when the zone expires with allies inside.
For Ricklow, we’ve updated his Skill 2, Volcanic Sphere, so it now grants him 15 Ultimate Mana for each enemy hit by the Skill.
For Confar, we’ve fixed a bug with his Ultimate Skill, Feather Comet. He’ll now apply his Shield after the damage is dealt by the Skill, not before – meaning he’ll get a Shield whose value isn’t 0!
For Falrae’s Ultimate Skill, Bolts of Stolen Strength, all three hits now have a chance to steal a buff from the target as standard – they no longer need to land as critical hits. If the target also has no buffs on them, each hit deals an additional 50% Crit DMG!
For Plaxi, we fixed an issue in the description for her Ultimate Skill, Monarch's Mark, where it said she gained Ultimate Mana, instead of Titan Mana.
For Rikharel, we fixed an issue in the description for his Skill 3, Great Serpent's Gaze, where it didn't list the length of the Taunt applied by this Skill.
BUG FIXES AND MISC
- Fixed a bug in Arena where the Refresh Opponents button would occasionally disappear
- Fixed a bug where mobile devices would enter sleep mode between Multi-Battles
- Fixed a visual bug where a red dot indicator would linger on a Chase Event page after Tournaments had ended
- Updated the Tolerance filter in the Team Selection window so it will include Invokers that have matching dual Tolerances
- Graphic and camera settings now persist when changing between accounts or profiles on the same device
- Added the ability to enable/disable Privacy Settings in the Support Menu, as well as the ability to opt-in to marketing and analytics
- Arena opponents are now randomly shuffled before being shown in your Opponents List
- New players now receive more unique, randomly generated names when starting a New Game, rather than Player1234567 etc. Let us know if you received a particularly funny one!
- We changed Althar’s epithet from Undead King to Bone Lich. As we have Sorgott, the Crypt King coming, we didn’t want people getting confused between two undead rulers! Plus, Althar’s new title leans more into his status as a mighty necromancer.
- We now doubled everyone’s Invoker and Titan Inventory – you can now have a maximum of 1000 Invokers and 600 Titans in your Collection!
- We’ve added a “Rate Us” prompt in-game, so you can tell us what you think of Invokers!
